Pregnancy Weight Gain - the risk of excessive weight gain

What is a normal weight gain in pregnancy? There are no fixed parameters, the gain of ideal weight. The consensus of the usual 25-35 pounds in total. But what happens if you are underweight. It would be fair if you assume that they are underweight, you should be able to win more than 35 pounds to maintain a healthy weight is ideal.

Excessive weight gain has been rather quiet before the normal weight women are no longer related
• Set additional burden on the circulatory and digestive systems

• It can create more leg pain, increased fatigue, varicose veins, back pain, and because memory is overloaded muscles
• CanResult in an older child, have lessened the chance of normal delivery period
• If a cesarean is necessary, it may become more difficult
• It would obviously be much more difficult to bring the prepregnancy weight, if you have an excessive amount gained during pregnancy.
• may increase the likelihood of hypertension and diabetes

My first pregnancy, I craved "junk food" all the time. I want to eat a full meal, and 45 minutes later, I want more food. I lovedPoutine, ice cream, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. I was lucky not to gestational diabetes, because I do not see what I eat to develop. I gained 60 pounds, and took me back about 16 months for my prepregnancy weight.

This time I was much more discipline. I do not have the same desire. I'm happy to eat fruit and vegetables. Even if the demand in the first 7 months, my appetite, I eat every 2-3 hours, otherwise I would be dizzy, I'm happy to eat healthy snacks. Despite allIn addition, now I have gained 67 pounds and are much bigger this time. My ob-gyn for my weight gain, water retention. She assured me that is not what I eat, but how my body reacted to my pregnancy. I can testify to get the water because, as my sprained ankle, which have seen more than once.

Thus, even if it is important for a healthy diet (gives you more power and more fuel for the body), do not panic if you have exceeded the recommended weight during pregnancy. The doctor is the best person to give an analysis of where you are, how to take the best to your body. Talk to your doctor about any concerns. You will also receive help from family, friends, internet, etc. ... but the doctor is suitable for you the best medical advice.
