Ever wondered how to lose weight faster, when tackling the problem too fast and not specifically, it can be the hardest thing in the world, but by using these tips, you can get great results. Don't use weight loss pills unless the case is extreme, as the weight loss tends to reverse when you stop taking them. It's the actual habit of exercise and bad eating that you have to concentrate on.
Do a purge of all the food in your house that is unhealthy, this will give you mental clarity and make it easier to not take that snack that you see when you go to get something healthy. Tell friends that if they catch you going off of your diet that you have to perform a forfeit. Possibly putting money in a jar.
Also use positive reinforcement and give yourself rewards when you complete goals you set yourself. Negative reinforcement and positive reinforcement used together tend to work for me. Take the diet slowly, don't try and go from unhealthy to healthy in one day, take it a week at a time lasting change. Maybe get rid of chocolates for the first week, then get rid of other snacks next week etc.
Do it with friends! - Support is great when you are trying to get rid of weight, try and get a group of you together for moral support, or join a local weight watchers programme. When you feel like you will let down the team, it gives you a sense of urgency.
