Fruit and Vegetable Diet - How I Lost 13 Pounds in 2 Weeks While Eating a Ton of Food!

Yes, I really did lose 13 pounds in 14 days - and then I went on to lose 10 more pounds in the following 4 weeks for a total of 23 pounds in 6 weeks.

And the most amazing thing was that I was never hungry. I ate whenever I wanted to. I was comfortably full. I never felt deprived. And I found out that there are unlimited amazing combinations of fresh fruits and vegetables that create very tasty treats.

What made me decide to try a fruit and vegetable diet cleanse? I was looking for a way to end my addictions to some very unhealthy foods that I was bingeing on. My late night food binges had caused my weight to rise to a level that I had not seen in years!

I had heard that doing a detox diet cleanse could turn off the cravings monster that so many of us battle.  And I was sick and tired of being driven by those cravings - especially late at night when my defenses always seemed to be at their lowest.

So how hard was the fruit and vegetable diet cleanse? The first few days it was not easy because I had some embedded bad habits I had to let go of. And those habits made me want to eat what other people were eating. But I stuck with it (I was determined) and after the first few days it got so much easier.  Seeing the weight come off really fast was super motivating.

I was never hungry - I am not kidding. If I felt hunger I would just eat something that was on the list of allowed foods and there so many to choose from! You can't believe how many tasty fruits and veggies you can eat that help your weight just drop off.

What were my results on the fruit and vegetable diet? Besides the very fast weight loss, my energy levels soared. My depression about the extra pounds went away. I felt great about myself and my self esteem skyrocketed as I continued on a healthy path of weight loss and better overall health. The fruit and vegetable diet cleanse changed my life!
