Are you experiencing female weight gain and wondering why am I gaining weight? I'm going to assume you realize that you're gaining weight due to a poor diet and lack of exercise.
So I'll skip over those reasons and give you some reasons why you may be gaining weight even though you're doing all the right things.
Female Weight Gain
Cause #1: Hormone imbalance
Hormones are just as important as diet and exercise. So if they're imbalanced, you're going to have a hard time losing weight. But a new breakthrough exercise is about to change that for you.
That exercise... SPINNING... like how kids do it.
To put it simply, spinning agitates and stimulates your Endocrine System. If you didn't know, the Endocrine System is what controls your hormones. So by simply spinning you are able to get your hormones more balanced. I'll give you the 2 basic rules to follow taken from my Spinning for Weight Loss ebook.
2 rules to follow... spin clockwise and stop when you get slightly dizzy. Besides that, get spinning.
Cause #2: You're taking medications
Medications, surprise surprise, mess up your hormones. Which goes back to the above cause. Messed up hormones... tough luck losing weight.
Cause #3: High Stress levels
I could put you on the same exact diet and exercise program at 3 different points in your life and in one instance you may lose 10 pounds, another you'll stay the same weight, and the other you actually gain 10 pounds.
What the...?
Well, a possible reason is your stress levels. Remember what I said above. Weight loss isn't all about diet and exercise. High stress levels suppress your natural ability to lose weight.
So how can you lower your stress levels?
Here's a tip... do deep breathing for 5 minutes a day. The added oxygen will get your blood and lymph flowing better which does a whole lot of other things that help to relax you.
So if you're wondering why am I gaining weight even though you eat healthy and exercise, female weight gain can be caused by the 3 factors just listed.
