The major reason behind this is that a teenager is in the developing stage of his/her body and health, so if they avoid providing their body the basic requirement of nutrition or proteins, then it may have an adverse effect on their health for the rest of their life. However, this problem can be overcome if you follow some principles about health in your life. There are few tips, following them will not only reduce your weight, but also help you in maintaining your proper health throughout your life. For any teenager, you must not skip your meals in the day. You should eat everything, on proper timings, with care. Use of cereals and fiber in breakfast is very nutritious and gives you a lot of energy to start your day energetically.
Avoid junk food for some months, as it causes so many fats in the body. Make a habit of regular morning walk for an hour at least. Drink water maximum. Participates in school activities and sports, the more you practice, the more you get smart. Go for regular swimming classes. Walk maximum, and go for jogging in the evening. Just try to stay as active as you could, all the day. Do not spend your time and money in cafeterias! Remember, you body is in the developing stage so you must provide it the basic proteins and vitamins it requires for a healthy life. If you will be careless in this matter, this can be harmful for you for the rest of your life, and may cause you internally weak. Try to eat healthy, and go for regular walk.
