Most people want to just jump in and lose weight fast. They want to go from 0 to 60 in 2 seconds flat. It really does not work that way. There are definitely ways for your to lose weight and it can be done in a short amount of time, but you have to be willing to do a few thing and change a few of your eating habits.

I know that it is common sense to just simply pay attention to your eating habits. But I will reiterate that here. You should be cutting back on fried or fatty foods and also cutting back on drinks such as sodas and high in fat coffees. Simply cutting back all sodas on a daily basis without doing anything else can make a huge difference and you will start to see weight loss just from this. You should be drinking plenty of water instead.
Eat Breakfast: A lot of people skip this most important meal of the day. Eating breakfast gives you energy and most of the calories eaten in this meal are burned up throughout the day. You will also not eat as much at lunch or even dinner because you will not be as hungry. Always try to eat a good amount of breakfast, a small lunch and a sensible dinner. Most people skip breakfast, eat lunch and then gorge at dinner. It should actually be the other way around.
Build Muscle: A lot of people don't know this, but muscle burns calories. The more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn. Do some weight work outs or even cardio. Anything to build some muscle.
If you were to just do a couple of these thing every single day, you will start to see the weight loss you are looking for. Combine any of these tips with some light exercise and healthier eating and you'll be losing weight a lot faster.
