Once you get to 100 in 5 minutes, try doing it twice a day for 5 minutes.
2. Jump on a mini-trampoline
I'll tell you why I think so highly of this exercise. First, because it works. But besides that, because you're allowed to stay home and do this. This saves you tons of time and money. The other main point you should know about this is that if you do it for 1-2 minutes at a time throughout the day... that increases your metabolism a lot faster than just doing 1 big 20-40 minute workout all at once.
So all you do is use it for 1-2 minutes whenever you can spare the time. Don't stress out about having to schedule doing these. Just do them when you can.
The 1-2 minutes will add up to over 20 by the end of the day as long as you keep the mini-trampoline somewhere that you can see it all the time... like your living room. Keep it visible so you don't forget about it.

How Much Weight Can a Horse Carry?
When asking the question, "how much weight can a horse carry?" you often hear a response similar to "it depends on the breed of the horse, its conditioning and conformation, how far and how long you will be traveling, the horse's bone structure, the type of weight the horse will carry (for example live [rider] or dead weight [gear]), weight distribution" and so on. So with this sound advice from your fellow horsemen, surely you now have a much better idea of how much weight your horse can carry. No? Of course not. Though your colleagues are correct in stating all the above factors, you are still left in the dark without any guideline on how much weight a horse can carry. Can my horse only carry 80 pounds, or is he capable of carrying 300 pounds?
Fortunately some very smart horsemen over the years have come up with a few methods for us to calculate a starting point to help determine how much weight a horse can carry. One very simple guide is to take the horse's weight and divide by six to give you the total weight, including rider and tack, the horse can carry. Given this, a 1200 pound horse could carry up to 200 pounds.
Another quick and popular method is to use the 20% rule. You take 20% of your horse's body weight and the result is the amount of total weight your horse can carry. For example, a 1,000 pound horse should easily carry 200 pounds of rider and tack. The 20% rule typically applies to competitive or otherwise "hard" riding. For pleasure riding, many use a 30% rule, so this 1,000 pound horse could carry 300 pounds for shorter pleasure rides.
Measuring a horse's cannon bone is used by some in determining the approximate weight a horse can carry. A measurement is taken around the circumference of the foreleg, just below the knee. Add together the weight of the horse plus the rider and tack, and divide this sum by the cannon bone circumference measurement. Then divide that result by two. A number between 75 and 85 is good. If the number is over 85, you probably need a larger horse. Using this method, I measure the circumference of the horse's cannon bone and get 7.5 inches. The body weight of the horse is 1,150 pounds and the rider and gear weigh 235 pounds for a total combined weight of 1,350 pounds. Divide 1,350 (total combined weight) by 7.5 (cannon bone) and I get roughly 185. Divide 185 in half and my final resulting number is 93. Using this calculating method, I either need to lighten my gear or get a larger horse to get the number down to around 85.
Some horse and rider guidelines where carrying weight is concerned:
Pick a horse with bigger cannon bones, wider loins, shorter backAvoid using heaving saddles and only carry necessary gear
Make sure the horse is conditioned for the type of riding you doing
Keep proper riding posture and balance
Give the horse a break on longer rides - get off a while and let your horse rest
Avoid riding in areas where footing is not desirable - such as mud, deep sand, asphalt
Avoid letting the horse trot or canter
The maximum weight a horse can safely carry does vary by the breed of the horse and how hard it's worked. There is no absolute rule about how much weight a horse can carry, but generally speaking the lighter-framed the horse the less he can carry. A well conditioned horse or a stout horse can generally carry more. Some breeds are bred to carry heavier weights like the Quarter Horse, Arabian or Icelandic Pony. Riders with good balance also make weight load less of a problem.

One of the key benefits of ice cream is that it may satisfy your cravings better than any other food. "When we tell ourselves we can't have something, we immediately focus our attention on what's forbidden, which increases our desire and chances of losing control," says Marsha Hudnall, RD, of Green Mountain at Fox Run, a "non-diet" weight control spa.
A key benefit of ice cream is the calcium it provides. Only 4% of women over 50 meet the daily 1,200 mg goal. The average female calcium intake is only 652 mg. Less than one third of men reach these same goals.
Calcium is also ice cream's "secret" slim down ingredient. In a recent study, overweight people who took a calcium supplement lost 38% more body fat than those who ate the same reduced-calorie diet without the supplement.
How does calcium help you lose? A diet low in calcium shuts down your body's fat burning ability, say experts. When your body doesn't get enough calcium, it triggers fat cells to store fat and get bigger.
So, how much ice cream is "reasonable?" The guideline is a one-half cup serving of no more than 125 calories. My personal favorite is Bryers No Sugar Added Vanilla. It has only 120 calories per 1/2 cup and the flavor reminds me of the "good old days" when we took turns cranking the six quart ice cream freezer full of moms special recipe. Ummm good.

Guide to Weight Loss Surgery
Thousands of women and men are undergoing weight loss surgery annually in the U.S., and throughout the world. You can't help but notice the growing popularity of weight loss surgery. We see it everywhere. We've watched television and entertainment personalities from singer Carnie Wilson to recording star and American Idol judge Randy Jackson lose weight after gastric bypass surgery.
On the face of it, weight loss surgery, or WLS, sounds like a simple, quick fix for those with long term obesity. Of course, nothing is ever that easy. Weight loss surgery is definitely not for those who want a quick fix or who simply don't want to diet. Patients who undergo WLS often must adhere to strict dietary guidelines following surgery or they will be sadly disappointed in their weight loss results.
Exercise is also a key component in weight loss for those who opt for weight loss surgery, as it is for everyone. Patients who exercise at least thirty minutes a day following weight loss surgery lose weight thirty percent faster, as well as gain the overall health benefits of regular exercise.
If you only have ten or twenty pounds or even fifty pounds to lose, weight loss surgery is not an option. Patients considered for WLS must be at least 100 pounds overweight and have a BMI of at least 40. Sometimes patients who are about seventy-five pounds overweight with a BMI of 35 are considered if they also have a combination of certain co-morbidities such as hypertension, diabetes, or sleep apnea.
When most people think of weight loss surgery, they think of gastric bypass - a procedure that reroutes the digestive system causing rapid weight loss. Unfortunately gastric bypass also often leads to nutritional deficiencies that can cause severe health complications.
Another type of weight loss surgery often performed is called gastroplasty. Gastroplasty is similar to gastric bypass because it reroutes digestive system, but it also restricts the amount of food that can be eaten by making the stomach smaller.
Neither of these procedures is reversible. Both gastric bypass and gastroplasty require a five to six inch incision and a hospital stay of three to four days. Potential side effects resulting from these types of weight loss surgery include "dumping syndrome" which is a combination of nausea, chest, and abdominal cramps, sweating, and diarrhea. Other risks and complications include malabsorption, vitamin deficiencies, and chronic abdominal pain. These symptoms are often avoided by eliminating foods that are high in sugar and fat from the diet.
A serious and potentially fatal complication of both gastric bypass and gastroplasty is called an anastomotic leak. An anastomotic leak occurs when there is a leakage at the staple line. This potentially fatal complication is often difficult to diagnose and requires immediate hospitalization. Fortunately, for the majority of weight loss surgery patients, this rare complication occurs in less than two percent of cases.
The potential risks and complications of gastric bypass and gastroplasty are enough to scare many morbidly obese patients away from what is often a life-saving surgery that results in weight loss and lowers the patient's risk of heart disease, diabetes, and other potentially life threatening diseases.
But what if a weight loss surgical procedure was available that was minimally invasive, performed by laparoscope, did not cut or reroute any internal organs, and was completely reversible were available? Over 70,000 patients worldwide have chosen such a weight loss surgery. I was faced with this question last summer. It didn't take long for me, after an entire lifetime from childhood to adulthood of being on the weight loss rollercoaster, to decide my answer was a definite "Yes."
Exactly what did I say "Yes" to? I said "Yes" to a weight loss procedure, approved in the U. S. by the FDA in June 2001, called the Laparoscopic Adjustable Gastric Banding Procedure or Lap-Band. On May 10, 2004, I underwent this weight loss procedure. Today, almost four weeks later, I have lost twenty-seven pounds.

From the scientific point of view, Allah says that at the Day of Judgment, "The weight that day will be true". This gives us a deep scientific meaning about the significance of the "True Weight".
It is known that the weight of anything depends on the Earth's gravity. A handful of a piece of iron may weigh one pound on earth, but it weighs many pounds in the interior of the earth and weighs nothing on the moon. Hence, even if we attempt to be very honest and use accurate measures and weight, however, the weight itself is not accurate 100%, it is something relative.
On the other hand, at the Day of Judgment, "The weight day will be true" and will not be subjected to any errors.
According to the weight of our deeds in the Day of Judgment, man is one of two:
